Welcome to ICCD Hub. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using our mobile application (“App”), available on Android and iOS, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our services.

  1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the ICCD Hub app, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

  1. Our Services

ICCD Hub is the official platform of the Islamic Chamber of Commerce and Development (ICCD). The app is designed to empower Muslim businessmen and communities worldwide by providing:

  • Access to ICCD news, projects, and updates
  • International event calendars and investment forums
  • Knowledge hub resources on trade, finance, and business innovation
  • Country-specific economic profiles for OIC member states
  • Productivity and daily tools (notes, prayer times, Qibla direction)

We act as an information and networking facilitator. We are not responsible for direct investment, financial transactions, or employment relationships established between users or third parties.

  1. User Obligations
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use ICCD Hub.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
  • You must not use the app for unlawful activities, spam, or unauthorized commercial purposes.
  1. Third-Party Content & Services

ICCD Hub may provide links, resources, or information from third parties, including events, investment opportunities, or external platforms. We do not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or reliability of third-party content. Users interact with third parties at their own risk.

  1. Limitation of Liability

ICCD Hub, ICCD, and its affiliates are not liable for:

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Losses related to business opportunities, investments, or third-party interactions
  • Service interruptions, technical issues, or data loss

Your use of the app is at your own risk.

  • ICCD Hub may collect limited user data to improve services (e.g., via analytics tools such as Firebase or Google Analytics).
  • We may use cookies and tracking technologies to enhance user experience.
  • Data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By creating an account, you agree to receive:

  • ICCD-related news and announcements

  • All content, trademarks, logos, and branding on ICCD Hub are the property of ICCD.

  • User-generated content (e.g., notes, posts, submissions) remains your responsibility, but you grant ICCD Hub a limited license to display such content within the app.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international best practices and applicable local laws. Any disputes arising from your use of ICCD Hub shall be subject to arbitration or resolution in a competent jurisdiction determined by ICCD.
